Why do I need to have my dog groomed?
Your pets health is important and all breeds will benefit from a healthy, hygienic skin and coat, which will prove manageable between visits. Regular coat care will help reduce excess hair shedding and vacuuming!
How often should I have my dog groomed?
The necessary frequency of dog grooming is dependent on the breed, age and health of the dog.
How long will it take?
It will depend on what services you require and the condition of your pets coat, but please allow two hours for a full groom. Puppy grooms take approximately one hour.
Where does the water come from? I have a large, heated water tank sufficient for 7 medium sized dogs per day. It is re-filled each morning
How can I maintain the appearance?
Brushing and combing is essential to keep the coat matt and tangle free. A regular professional groom will ensure your dogs coat will keep a good shape and texture throughout its life.
Why should I have my dogs teeth cleaned
Gum disease is so common, studies show over 80% of dogs suffer a stage of gum disease before they are 3 years old. Average dog teeth cleaning costs at a vet could be between £100-200 - maybe more if more serious dental work is required. Dogs need general anaesthetic to have dentistry performed - even scaling and polishing can cause minor discomfort. Many pet insurance policies do not cover dental work.
